ICBC Claims

Have you been in an accident and have coverage from ICBC?

We can directly bill ICBC for your Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, and Massage Therapy with little out-of-pocket expense.

Chiropractic visits have a small out-of-pocket expense.

All ICBC coverage is accepted with an accident date after April 1, 2019.

Only a few of our RMTS accept ICBC cases, so please contact us to book an ICBC appointment. Do not book a regular Massage Visit within our online booking system as we may not be able to accommodate this treatment when you come into the clinic and inform us that it needs to be an ICBC visit.

Here are the guidelines currently from ICBC with regard to treatment.

For Physiotherapy 25 visits within 12 weeks of the accident date.

For Chiropractic 25 visits within 12 weeks of the accident date.

For Massage Therapy 12 visits within 12 weeks of the accident date.

For Acupuncture 12 visits within 12 weeks of the accident date.

Treatments can be continued after these above appointments have been attended or the 12 weeks have passed, but it is with the assessment of your practitioner, and your ICBC claims specialist. Since ICBC is paying for your treatments, your practitioner will be in communication with ICBC to help with your recovery.

What to bring on your first visit:
  • Your ICBC claim number
  • Contact information
  • Name, email, and phone number of your adjuster
  • Health Care Card
  • Driver’s License

We need this information to process your claim.
If the information is not available on your first visit, Momentum Therapeutics will charge the private rate of $60 until the information is processed, then give you a credit for any overpayments.
