Extended Health

Momentum Therapeutics has the ability to process your extended health care claim right in our office at your visit . Most plans are accepted through an online portal and payments can me made directly to the clinic leaving no cost, or only a small out of pocket for your care . In some cases your extended health will only pay you , the member , so we can initiate and process your claim payable you the patient – your extended company will then directly pay you through direct deposit. The patient then pays the clinic the full cost of your treatment leaving no paperwork for you to complete . Just wait for your reimbursement .
